No. You wouldn’t, because your Professor would either gouge his eyes out or set fire to your paper.

Capitalizing the first letter denotes importance to that word, so when you type like that you are basically saying every word in that paper is important. I assure you, they all are not. Generally, you should be only capitalizing the first word at the beginning of a sentence or if you are dealing with a proper noun. It is also really difficult to read words that are all in CAPITALS. It is much easier to read lower-case letters, this is why Typing Like This or TYPING LIKE THIS is obnoxious. If you read a book in all caps I guarantee you it will take you longer to read. Emphasis is okay sometimes, but too much goes too far and Typing Like This Should Never Be Okay When Writing A Paragraph Or A Sentence.
